Directions: Evans Cemetery, gravesite of Rev War Soldier Lewis Powers is located in section 33 in the the westeren edge of Brainbridge Township on the western end of Jasper, Indiana in Dubois County.
The cemetery is located in Shiloh Estates. The cemetery is located on the left side of Sunshinbe Drive 1/10 mile south on Fifth Street on the left side of street going south. There is a chain link fence around the cemetery and is located in a very sgady area.
It is very hard to read the worn stone, but I could make out Lewis Powers on the stone. The wording is faint on the pictures.
