Directions: Finley- Enteman Memorial Park, is located in section 33 of Finley Township, Scott County, Indiana. The best way to reach this cemetery from Scottsburg, Indiana, is at the Jct of Us Hwy 31 and State Road 56 go west on St Rd 56. Go abt 4 - 4 1/2 miles on St road 56 and turn left or south on Co Rd 500W( Zion Road). It kind of makes a "Y" at the Jct where it ends and Bloomington Trail crosses it. Travel on Bloomington Trail for a short distance and turn right on Stagecoach Road (Co Rd 500W again). This T's out at Leota Rd. At this point you are in a rocks throw of the cemetery if you have a good arms, However you can not see the cemetery from this point. You need to turn left on Leota Road and go to the 1st driveway on the right (4855 Leota Road) has a ranch style entrance. This is on private property, please go up to the house and ask permission to walk across the dam to their lake over to the cemetery. I was told that 3 Civil War Soldiers are buried there, I believe I was told they where Confederate Soldiers.

As I search for the Revolutionary War Soldiers buried in Indiana I came across this cemetery and felt its' importance be noted. Also for the fact that if you look at the Memorial there is a John Finley 1762-1838. This maybe just a memorial to the father of this family. Also noted in name simularity buried in Indiana are: John Findley buried in Clark County, Indiana (location unknown yet at this time), John Finney, buried in Rush County, Indiana.
